Description

| Sungold is the best tasting cherry tomato ever, fruity, firm and sweet. Long bunches of red orange fruits cover the plant throughout the season, producing more than you could ever eat alone. Great for sharing with friends or neighbours, they are sure to be impressed. | ||||

Culture

| Grow on the plugs in pots before planting out after all risk of frost has passed as deep as the stem length will allow to promote additional sideways root growth and keep the root ball as near to constant moisture as possible. Water regularly. Steaking is advisable - can rise to 1.2m and be very heavy when laden with fruits. No need to prick out side shoots, leave to develop into bushes. Can be pot grown in 3 litre pots. Feed regularly with organic tomato feed. No real illness problems. | ||||

| Pick regularly as soon as the fruits are ripe. Cropping from Early July to End October - even to December if protected from early frosts. | ||||
