Description

| A perennel variety of spinach that will rarely go to seed in the first year. The large productive leaves have a very pleasant taste and are often eaten raw in salads. Totally resistant to frosts. | ||||

Culture

| Plant out the plugs from March into rich soil. Cut regularly. If subjected to a drought the large roots will reshoot once water is available. | ||||
|
Harvest/Use
|
||||
| Cut the leaves as required. Young leaves in salads and larger leaves cokked as per normal spinach. | ||||
