Culture

| Plant plugs in prepared ground at 1m apart each way once the last frosts have passed. Mulch well to retain moisture and water regularly, avoiding wetting the leaves. | ||||

Harvest/Use

| Cut the fruits when about 4cm across to promote continous cropping. Use just as courgettes or cut the tops off and stuff with your favourite fillings. Oven bake. | ||||
