2.2kg green tomatoes, 6 lge onions, 1.3kg apples, 1 ltr vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 tsp cloves, 2 chillies, 1kg brown sugar, 500 gms seedless raisins, 225 gms sliced lemon rind |
